Wrestlers welcome Clyde
The 2013 Tryst Lions Open was recently held in Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility.
Thistle man Clyde, who was designed by Cumbernauld lass Beth Gilmour, showed up at the event, and posed for photographs.

Hide AdHe took part in the awards ceremony at the end of the day alongside Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games chairman Michael Cavanagh.
The pair were also joined by William Booth, who was the winner of the silver medal in wresting at the 1966 Commonwealth Games, which were held in Jamaica.
William is also father of golfer Kayla Booth.
The group was completed with the wresting competition manager for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, Moira Lassen.
The Cumbernauld wrestlers put on an outstanding performance at the event taking home a haul of 11 medals and an overall fifth place.

Hide AdRoss Connelly (43kg), Taylor McCann (52kg), Nathan Ferguson (66kg) and Scott Wilson (85kg) won Gold.
Cieran Keelan (23kg) and Dawid Moczulski (55kg) took Silver while Joe McClusky (35kg), Lee McKeown (59kg), Stuart McKay (78kg) and Lewis Waddell (85kg) earned Bronze.
Leon Pryde also placed Fifth (30kg).
Participants entered for all over Great Britain and even a Swiss athlete, who wrestled at the 2000
Olympic Games in Sydney, competed.
Tryst Lions Wrestling Club trains on a Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 8pm for kids and 8pm to 9.30pm for seniors.
