LANARK Rugby Club bosses hope young players will be flying high within their new micro section The Lanark Eagles.
At Lanark Racecourse on Friday, May 15, the first session for boys and girls aged from Primary 1 to 3 will be taken by coaches who are both PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checked and SRU qualified.
Included within the Lanark coaching team will be 16-year-old Lanark Grammar pupil Kari Barr, one of Scotland’s youngest ever UKCC Level 1 qualified coaches. She stars for Biggar RFC ladies under-15 and under-18 sections.
