Let there be light
St Joseph’s Church, South Carbrain, has become the first in the Glasgow Archdiocese to invest in renewable energy, and embrace the savings which come with it.
As well as the money saved by generating energy, the panels will provide the church with a long term funding source thanks to the UK Government’s feed-in tariff, which gives money back to the customer for every kilo watt of energy produced.

Hide AdFather Harry McKay, parish priest at St Jospeh’s, added: “We predict that we will make considerable savings and generate income for the next 25 years.”
