Music in Lanark will welcome The Ferio Saxophone Quartet, touring Scotland as their Tunnel Trust Award prize, on Friday March 18 at the New Lanark Institute.

Local music lovers can catch a programme that includes the music of Bach, Haydn, Piazzolla and Glazunov.

Ethan will play pieces by Rachmaninov, Liszt and Debussy and there will be contributions by Annie Davenhill and Ayla Mascarenhas, pupils at Lanark Grammar School.

The concert starts at 7.45. Tickets on-line at and at the Box Office (01555 667999).
