David Chalmers retires from Biggar High School
BIGGAR High headteacher David Chalmers has said farewell to the school which he has worked in since 1995.
David, who began teaching at West Calder High in 1974, brought the curtain down on his 16 years at the school on the last day of term.
He said: “I really want to thank everyone who has supported me during my time here, helping me to meet the needs and articulate the achievements of the pupils.”
