A CARNWATH family raised £550 for Macmillan Cancer Support by organising their own part of the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.

Jennifer Crighton, Julie Waddell and Rachael Black held the event in memory of their mother, Iris Black.

They took over the local bowling club for the fundraiser, serving tea and coffee but also having a raffle with loads of prizes, a Guess How Many Beans?competition, a Bake-Off Carnwath and table top sales and a kids area so the grown-ups could relax.
