School pupils at Glenmanor Primary School got a visit from a sporting hero recently - when boxer Charlie Flynn popped in.

The ring champion, who won a gold medal at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games and is currently unbeaten at professional level, spoke to children about his career and his motivation to succeed.
