Big fun at The Avenue’s Easter events
Barrhead youngster Sophia Randos won’t be short of chocolate after a big Easter win.
The Avenue in Newton Mearns reported an exceptionally busy Easter, with families flocking for the free kids events — including an egg hunt, craft workshops and the popular soft play bus.
Michelle McCabe, centre manager, explained: “Ours events were very successful this year, attracting around 80 children each day to the workshop and 120 a day to the soft play bus.”
Young Sophia was the lucky winner of the weekend prize draw, bagging a giant Easter egg from Aquarius/Thorntons.
