STOCKMAN Tom Linton found his own way of paying tribute to a family friend following his death from Motor Neurone Disease.

Tom keeps Beltex sheep as a hobby, and he sold one of his pedigree beasts at auction and donated the proceeds to MND.

The £420 will now help the charity support others with Motor Neurone Disease.
