THIS weekend sees the final Music in Lanark concert of the year – with the Auricle Ensemble taking centre stage.

The show, at the New Lanark Institute, brings the year’s events to a close, with four concerts gone and four more to come.

Jamie Hill, from Music in Lanark, said: “This is cabaret like you’ve never heard it before and is a must see.”

The Auricle Ensemble will perform on Saturday, December 10, starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced £10 or free for children of school age, are available at Hughes Newsagents and Tariq Newsagents in Lanark, online at or by calling 01555 663209.

For more information on the show, pick up a copy of this week’s Carluke and Lanark Gazette which is in the shops now.
