LANARK High Street was packed with stalls selling all manner of weird and wonderful things for the annual Christmas Market.
Goods on almost 80 stalls included imaginative wood carvings, fun garden ornaments, hand-made jewellery, table decorations, soap and leatherware.
Food stalls offered a mouth-watering array, including hand-made dark chocolates, meat, cheese, wine and preserves.
A funfair at the top of the town kept youngsters entertained while adults enjoyed haunting music from an Indian group, Forth Bridges Accordion Band and Lanark’s own ICE.
Gazette photographer Lindsay Addison was on hand to capture all of the excitement on the High Street and his pictures are featured here in our slideshow.
