THREE Scotia Taekwon-do members are on their way to Slovakia having been selected as part of the Scotland team for the upcoming ITF European Championships.

Lyle Walker, India Isles and Sean Grady are hoping to do the Carluke-based club proud when they represent their country at the championships in Bratislava from October 20 to 23 – one of the most important and prestigious tournaments on the taekwon-do calendar.

Lanark Grammar pupil Lyle, of Carstairs, is a second degree black belt and has been part of the club for a number of years.
