THERE were a magnificent seven medals won by pupils from Lanark’s Robert Owen Primary School at the recent South Lanarkshire Track and Field Championships at the John Wright Stadium in East Kilbride.

Gold medals were won by 10-year-old Finlay Patrick in the P6 Boys 600m and by the team of Katie Donald, Amy Graham, Zoe Davenhill and Kimberly Graham in the P7 Girls 4 x 100m relay.

And a pair of silver medals were won by Annie Davenhill in the P6 Girls 100m and by Eve Joyce in the P6 Girls long jump.
