IN Gazette Sport this week, we reveal that Carluke Rovers are to pay a permanent tribute to legendary club stalwart Clara Kay, who died two years ago at age 75. A tree will be planted in her memory at Rovers’ home ground of John Cumming Stadium.

There’s also a report on the World Haggis Curling Championships (yes, you read that correctly!) at Hamilton, plus we profile how racehorse Stonefield Flyer – trained by Keith Dalgleish at Carluke’s Belstane Racing Stables – fared when competing in Dubai.
