Carluke Rovers beat Lanark United 5-2 to win Clydesdale Cup

CARLUKE Rovers stormed to an impressive 5-2 Clydesdale Cup Final victory over Lanark United at Moor Park on Monday night.

Winning boss Colin Slater was delighted to seal Rovers’ second triumph in the competition’s history.

He said: “We were all really pleased with the victory, although for the first 25 minutes we weren’t at the races and went 1-0 down.”
