DEFENDER Jordan Smith picked up both the Players’ Player and Player of the Year Awards at Forth Wanderers annual presentation night.

The former Kirkintilloch Rob Roy captain was a key man as Forth just missed out on promotion last season.

Forth committee member Ian Robertson presented Jordan with his POTY Award last week.

Ian said: “It was great for us to get Jordan as Rob Roy were a Superleague club and he had played at senior level. He has great leadership qualities and he pops up with a few goals.

“Although he is a centre back he plays football out from the back and that’s important for us.”
