KIRKMUIRHILL jetski ace Jason Young recorded a perfect six wins from six races at round two of the British Championships in Lancashire recently.

Jason showed his class from start to finish during his glorious weekend at the sun drenched venue of Avos Water Park near Preston.

Jason, who extended his lead at the top of the rankings with his exhilarating triumphs, said: “My new set-up this year is really starting to work in my favour.

“I have been able to spend some good practice sessions on the new Trinity Hull, which only just arrived the day before the season started just a few weeks ago.

“I want to dedicate the winning weekend to my father-in-law Kevin, who is currently ill in hospital. This one was for him.

“My best wishes go to someone who is a great friend. And I’d like my supporters and pit team to do likewise.”

Jason, a Champney Springs sponsored rider, scored maximum points in both the stock class and the main event, the GP Class which the Jetshed factory rider has held for the last three years back-to-back.
