Ross of Lanark are celebrating scooping second place in the prestigious national Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards for 2016.

Having scored an average of 96.6% in the British manufacturer’s Service Satisfaction Surveys in 2015, the delighted Service Manager Jennifer Bulloch says: “This award would not have been possible without the unstinting support of our local customers who took the time to complete the survey.

“Thanks are also due to our dedicated Parts and Service team for their outstanding achievement.”

Staff at the recently refurbished Vauxhall approved Service, Repair and MOT Centre on St Leonard Street are no strangers to success. Having already gained regional customer satisfaction accolades in 2013 and 2014, this latest triumph is by far their greatest with an impressive top three placement out of 400 contenders UK wide!
