Supercounty praise for Lesmahagow’s Karen Lambie

The behind-the-scenes contribution made by Karen Lambie during her ten years as Campaign Co-ordinator to the Supercounty Lanarkshire Civic Pride campaign has been warmly praised by founder Chairman Ian Livingstone.

He was accompanied by Supercounty director and former Lord Lieutenant of Lanarkshire Gilbert Cox as Karen – who is from Lesmahagow – cut the presentation cake bearing the inscription ‘Ten out of Ten’.

That reflected her service from 2002 to 2012.
