AN ASPIRING Lanark musician has just completed a UK tour with Brit Award nominated pop princess Rita Ora.
Natasha Stewart (21) provided backing vocals on the UK leg of Rita’s Radioactive Tour which included performances at Glasgow’s O2 Academy and the iconic Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London.
The former St Aidan’s High pupil said: “I heard that there was an audition via Twitter.
“I didn’t hear anything back from Rita’s management until two days before the second audition when they emailed me. I went along and then found out a couple of days later that I had made it.
“Rita was nice; she’s really down to earth and it was great to be able to perform with her.”
