Dovesdale Action Group continues fight against waste treatment facility near Kirkmuirhill

THE fight goes on – that’s the view of the Dovesdale Action Group after a public meeting in Kirkmuirhill this week.

Group officials met with locals who were keen for information on the ongoing campaign against the waste treatment facility on the outskirts of the village.

Among the items up for discussssion was continued pressure being exerted on the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) to reject Scotgen’s licence application to run the plant.
