Date set for Overburns inquiry

A DATE has been set for a public inquiry into the proposed sand and gravel quarry at Overburns Farm, on the outskirts of Lamington in rural Lanarkshire.

The inquiry will open at 10am on Monday, November 12, in Thankerton Village Hall.

It will be conducted by Scottish Government Reporter David Buylla and is expected to last for three days.
