MEMBERS of the public will have the chance to see the new plans for Carluke’s historic High Mill at a meeting later this week.
Being staged in Kirkton Church Hall this Thursday, the event will give those present the chance to look at the new plans for the Mill.
The ages-old building has fallen into a state of disrepair over the past few years.
Christine Warren is a member of the High Mill Steering Group, which is part of Carluke Development Trust.
She said: “We are hoping for a really good response from the public because it’s a big project for the town.
“It could make such a big difference to Carluke. If we can get it off the ground, it would be a huge boost.”
The High Mill public meeting will be held in Kirkton Church Hall on Thursday, April 10, at 7.30pm.
