THE Scottish Government launched its new Land Reform Bill at Carluke’s High Mill last week – but what will the new Bill mean for the High Mill project itself?

Land reform minister Aileen McLeod unveiled the Scottish Government’s plans for the Bill at the High Mill recently and met members of the High Mill Group, part of Carluke Development Trust.

Trust chairman Tom Sneddon believes that if the Bill is passed through Holyrood - highly likely given the SNP’s overall majority - then it will be a major boost to the High Mill’s plan.
