Famous figures from the past will descend on Lanark this Saturday and Sunday for the country’s largest historical re-enactment event.
Organisers of Scotland’s Festival of History at Lanark Racecourse are promising an event more colourful than ever before.
The festival is open to the public between 10am and 4.30pm. Admission is £7 adults, £6 OAPs and £1 children (who must be accompanied). Parking is free and there is a free shuttle bus from Lanark Tourist Office.
