sCrossford couple Zeta and Ian Cassidy are running to raise funds for Macmillan cancer nurses in the Edinburgh marathon – but they will have to run fast.
After signing up, the couple discovered their youngest daughter’s First Communion was taking place the same day.
Now they have to finish their half-marathon in Edinburgh then race to the church in Glasgow.
“We’ve got a military operation in place, thanks to our friends and family, and while we’re running our daughters will be getting ready,” said Zeta.
