SYMINGTON artist Tom Henry has officially opened the ninth Biggar Little Festival.

Tom, who studied at Edinburgh College of Art, opened the festival on Sunday evening at the launch party in the Gillespie Centre.

He was introduced by BLF Chairman-Elect John Rutherford, who paid tribute to the work of the festival committee as well as the various patrons and sponsors.
