THE final Music in Lanark concert of this season sees talented Russian siblings The Nemtsov Duo take to the New Lanark Institute stage.
The concert, which is being held tonight (Wednesday) completes the 2011/12 series and is one not to be missed.
The Nemtsov Duo are a brother-and-sister cello-and-piano duo.
Mikhail and Elena are talented in their particular fields. Mikhail recently received the prestigious Pierre Fournier Award, awarded in memory of the great cellist who died in 1986.
Jamie Hill, from Music In Lanark, said: “They are an up and coming duo who have won various international awards.
“They are only doing six concerts during their tour of Scotland and one of them is with us here in New Lanark, so we are really delighted.”
