DOUGLASDALE Players are now well into rehearsals for their new show Ollie.

It will be the Players 33rd and is written and produced by John Nimmo.

The story itself is a mix of Charles Dickens and Mickey Spillane with some great music and song in together – in essence it’s Oliver with a twist!

The show runs from March 14.
