A ONE-hour television show paying tribute to Lanark rally ace Colin McRae was screened on the BBC on Sunday night - and the Gazette has exclusive photographs taken during the filming,

The Motor Legends series, which featured Scottish Olympic cycling legend Sir Chris Hoy, focused on the former world rally champion’s glittering career.

Motorsport fan Sir Chris also got behind the wheel with Colin’s dad Jimmy.
