A LANARK teenager has come up with a truly tasty way of helping the folk of a deprived part of Africa.

In fact, Saoirse Anis is making giving to her chosen cause so tempting, you might say it was ‘morish’ – or, more correctly – Moorish!

The novel idea Saoirse – it’s pronounced ‘Shorka’ by the way – has come up with to raise funds to go on a charity mission to Tanzania in June is to use the cuisine of another part of the African continent and hold a Moroccan night of food and entertainment.
