A CELEBRATION of all things musical was heard at Lanark Grammar School with over 150 pupils taking part in the school’s Christmas Extravaganza.
Among those performing on the night were the school’s samba band, big band and junior choir.
Lanark Grammar teacher Julie Brown said: “It was a fantastic evening and there were so many pupils from the school taking part.
“The show was a sellout with over 300 people attending and all of the pupils thoroughly enjoyed the night.
“There were a number of soloists, songs from our upcoming school show Oliver and performances from our guitar and clarinet groups.”
