THE young stars of Lanark-based drama group ICE will be taking their audience on a world tour over the weekend thanks to their new show.
ICE’s annual revue, Something For The Weekend, will be held in Lanark Memorial Hall this Friday and Saturday and there really will be something for everyone on what will be a fun-filled night for all the family.
You can disembark in Argentina and sing along with Evita, travel to the Middle East with Aladdin and experience the French Revolution with Les Miserables.
The show will also take the audience into the heart of Africa with songs from The Lion King.
Despite the world tour, Something For The Weekend will also have a Scottish flavour as well as some classic 1990s Britpop thrown in for good measure so look out for Oasis and Blur gems.
Something For The Weekend takes place at Lanark Memorial Hall on Friday, April 18, and Saturday, April 19, starting at 7pm
Tickets, priced £11 (£9 concessions), are available from the Lanark Memorial Hall box office and from the South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture website.
