WiTH the Commonwealth Games coming to Scotland in 2014, young people are being encouraged to take up exercise.

And pupils in four schools in Clydesdale pulled on their dancing shoes for the latest fitness project.

Youngsters in Coalburn, Tinto, Biggar and Carnwath Primaries worked on dance routines, then performed them to an appreciative audience of parents at a dance festival recently at Carnwath Primary School.
