COUNTRY classics will be all the rage this week when Carluke Amateur Operatic Society take to the stage.
The everyoung musical has instantly recognisable songs so the audience will be singing along to numbers such as Oh What a Beautiful Mornin’, The Surrey With The Fringe on Top and People Will Say We’re in Love.
After the success of last year’s show Annie, members are once again hoping for well-attended performances.
In the latest production, Derrick Pearce plays the lead role of Curly with Monica Jamieson starring opposite as Laurey.
