WITH Biggar Little Festival celebrating its 10th year in 2012, the countdown to Biggar’s own “October-Fest” kicks off this Sunday with the Biggar Spring Music Festival.
A tremendous line-up of both local and national talent will be performing on two stages for everyone to enjoy and the festival caters for everyone’s musical tastes from singer-songwriters to jazz and country.
Isobel Hunter, from Biggar Little Festival, said: “We feel that we have got a really good mix of acts that everyone will enjoy.
“It’s always important to have a bit of variety and we think that this year’s festival will cater for a lot of people’s tastes.
“The two stage set-up this year will mean that, while one act is playing on one stage, another will be able to set up on the other one meaning we will have a constant stream of music throughout the afternoon.”
