BIGGAR man Richard Calveley is in the final stages of training as he prepares to trek the Arctic Circle for charity.
Richard, who owns his own offshore steel company, Skotia Metals, will fly out to Norway on February 8 and spend the next nine days in temperatures which could plummet as low as -40 degrees!
But it’s all in aid of a good cause – the Rangers Charity Foundation, which is supporting UNICEF and The Prostate Cancer Charity, Scotland.
