PATERSON Peacefully, at home on June 22, 2012, Alex, a loving husband, dad and grandpa. I wish that I could see you dad For just a little while I wish that I could hug you And see your lovely smile But wishing gets me nowhere And longing is in vain So I will hold you in my heart Until we meet again. Your loving wife Meg. If we could have a lifetime wish A dream that would come true We'd pray to God with all our hearts For yesterday and you A thousand words can't bring you back We know because we tried Neither will a thousand tears We know because we've cried You left behind our broken hearts And happy memories too But we never wanted memories We only wanted you. All the family.
